Antonia Bowring

Hello, I am Antonia Bowring! I am recognized for building trust with my clients early in the coaching process through my passion, pragmatism and humor. For over 20+ years, I have held a number of C-suite positions in corporate America and the nonprofit sector. I have been coaching, consulting and facilitating full-time for over six years.

I have a passion for helping women leaders develop executive presence, strong communication and presentation skills, and confidence in their leadership abilities.

I have coached and consulted across a wide variety of industries from legal and financial to media and nonprofit.  A list of representative clients includes Cleary Gottlieb, Simpson Thacher, International Farming Corp., Generation Capital Partners, Momofuku, The Durst Organization, Kings County Hospital Center, International Rescue Committee and the YWCA of New York.

I hold a B.A. in Political Science, M.Phil. in Development Economics and an M.B.A. I am an ICF certified coach with an Executive Coaching Certificate from NYU.  I am certified in: Hogan and Strengthfinders, as a health coach, DiSC facilitator and Everything DiSC®, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Authorized Partner.

I  hold my Level 1 Sommelier certification and completed Level 4 Improv training and am pursuing Advanced Storytelling at Magnet Theatre. I speak French, Spanish and Italian.
