Helen Dayen

Hello, I am Helen Dayen, an executive coach specializing in driving results, developing leaders, and fostering stronger relationships! I enhance the effectiveness of executives by developing their innate strengths to become more powerful communicators, team members, and leaders.  My experience in sales and relationship building allows me to bring the transformative power of effective listening and communication to my clients. I work to enhance clients’ executive presence and help them identify and achieve career milestones. With clear messages and strong connections, my clients can become better influencers and more effective leaders.

I am an Associate Certified Coach and serve as a coach for the New York Society of Securities Analysts and the Financial Women’s Associate Pacesetter program. I also serve on the board of NYU’s Stern Women in Business Alumni group.  I have an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and receive coach training from Coach University.
