Lionel Shockness

Hi, I am Lionel R Shockness, an executive coach with an interest in diversity/inclusion and fostering cross-cultural relationships! My area of coaching expertise include Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Team building, Work/Life Integration, Career Planning and Leadership Development. I am a trained group facilitator in: stress management, conflict mediation, career transitions, executive on-boarding, and mid-life transition issues. My coaching approach has been described as solution-focused, goal-oriented, intuitive, honest and compassionate. The results are increased personal satisfaction and enhanced overall performance in work and life. 

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker and an Associate Certified Coach.  I have certificates in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the Greenwich Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies, and The Institute for the Study of Culture and Ethnicity, and am certified in the delivery of DISC, MBTI, Bar-On, and EQi.2.0.  I have a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Yeshiva University and a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York.
